The leadership of our company empowers managers and employees to manage our business and develop solutions to work towards becoming a world class company. Given the current business climate this can be very challenging. However, Crown Packaging has made significant advances as a result of our leadership.
There are many great things about Crown; the best of course being the people at Crown. I also like selling corrugated, the fact that it is repeat business where you get to develop great relationships and friendships with your customers. The Crown history, the fact that we have been viewed as the best supplier in the market is also a source of pride.
A great company is where you are challenged, but not so overwhelmed you cannot do your job and also look at “outside the box” solutions and ideas.
